Doctor Foster and Major Brassblow have a secret plan in their heads. When Doctor Foster has an idea Major Brassblow's toes twitch. When Major Brassblow has an idea Doctor Foster's Hair curls. They find out about eachothers plans and head to eachothers factories but on their way they crash into eachother and start a fight on the street and assult a police officer.
